After two successful editions, the Bossimé Workshop and the artisanal perfumery NeZ ZeN are reuniting for a third culinary and olfactory collaboration. This year, NeZ ZeN is celebrating its tenth anniversary, and a few surprises are planned for the guests attending that evening.
On the agenda
7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.: Welcome with a signature flavored water.
7:30pm: Launch of the experience with a cocktail prepared before your eyes.
Next: a four-course menu, kept secret until a few days before the event, preceded by three amuse-bouches with fragrant pairings.
To conclude the evening: a moment of exchange in a small group with the teams and our guests of honor.
Aurélie Gillon and Romain Pantoustier (NeZ ZeN) will be with you throughout the evening, offering a behind-the-scenes look at their craft. Ludovic Vanackere will leave his kitchen to meet you and share the secrets of these harmonious blends of flavors and aromas.
Price and booking
The price is 160 euros per person, all inclusive: aperitif, 4-course menu, food and drink pairings (with or without alcohol), water and coffee. Places are strictly limited.
