Let’s be Frank. Frank is one of Brussels most sophisticated breakfast and specialty coffee hotspots. Frank situates itself somewhere between cafe and restaurant, almost creating its own new genre of venue. Everything is made from scratch and with a sustainable & vegetable focused menu, Frank offers its guests the very best that Brussels has to offer.
Our team makes everything from scratch, starting with the bread. We prefer to work with honest products, avoiding chemical components and industrial processes.
Frank keeps the menu vegetable focussed & seasonal. Vegetables are the stars of our dishes because this is the way to show our audience the value & great work of the farmers in our backyard. Our organic waste is picked up by bike, composted and redistributed to farmers so they can use it on the field. For every dish we serve, 15 cent is donated to Recyclo. This is how we can help to protect the environment and create a more sustainable society together.
We work directly with small & local suppliers offering organic produce & a story. We follow the rhythm of the field which keeps the menu continuously in motion.
